INGREDIENTS FOR 2 COCKTAILS:

150 ml. organic coconut vegetable drink Matt

100 ml. of squeezed juice from clementines

50 ml. of pomegranate juice

50 ml. Vodka

1 lime

Sugar

Spearmint for decoration

Blueberries for decoration

Passion fruit for decorating

Raspberries for decoration

PROCEDURE:

Cut the pomegranate in half and set the juice aside.

Squeeze the clementines and set aside.

Squeeze the lime and set aside.

In a pitcher, pour Matt’s Organic Coconut Vegetable Drink and add pomegranate juice, clementine juice and lime juice. Stir.

Add the vodka.

Wet the rim of the cocktail glass with lemon juice and sprinkle with sugar. Fill with ice.

Pour contents into cocktail glass and garnish with raspberries, blueberries, passion fruit and mint.
