Matt Fish Oil Omega 3 EPA/DHA 3000 is a food supplement that supplies Omega 3 polyunsaturated fatty acids (EPA/DHA). EPA/DHA fatty acids contribute to normal cardiac function, maintenance of normal levels of triglycerides in the blood and normal blood pressure. DHA contributes to normal brain function. The recommended EPA/DHA dosage depends on the benefit desired.

Each soft-gel capsule contains 1000 mg of Fish Oil that is 313 mg of EPA and 209 mg of DHA.
