Yes, many of our Matt herbal supplements are designed to complement each other. However, we recommend reading each package carefully and following the directions for use on the label. How long do cleansing cycles last?
Products such as Fegato OK or Artichoke Dandelion are taken for 20 days, to be repeated at each change of season.
Are there any particular natural ingredients in relaxation, energy, or memory products?
Of course! We use select plant-based ingredients, such as hawthorn and valerian for relaxation, charcoal and anise for bloating, and ginkgo biloba for memory and concentration. All our products are 100% natural, vegan, gluten-free, and made in Italy.
How long does a recommended cycle of detox or drainage supplements last, and how should I take them?
For most Matt detox and drainage supplements, we recommend a 3-4 week cycle, followed by a break of at least two weeks. Dosage varies from product to product: typically, they're taken once or twice a day with plenty of water, preferably between meals. Detailed instructions are included on each package.
