To register, all you need is an email address.
From the desktop, at the top right, just click on the item “login/register”; from mobile, you will find the same item in the menu.
Enter the email you wish to register with and you will immediately receive an automatic password.
You can always change your password under “my account”.

To complete an order, simply add the products you want to your cart and continue by filling in all the mandatory fields.
The minimum order is 15 euros, shipping costs 6 euros but is free for orders over 45 euros. You will be able to complete the payment by credit card, PayPal or bank transfer.
If you are a registered user, remember to log in before completing an order.
If it is your first time purchasing, you do not need to register, however, when you place your order, you will appear to be registered and you will receive a confirmation email regarding your account.
Finally, it is possible to place a telephone order under the same conditions as the online order but with payment only by bank transfer.

Once you place your order you will receive a tracking link that will allow you to receive all the updates.
Standard delivery times are between 1 and 5 working days depending on the delivery area.
Any delays may occur due to special promotions or events of the year.

Yes, all orders are tracked.
However, it may happen that the courier does not share the tracking link.

If you are a registered user, you just need to log in and enter your personal area under “my account”. Here you will find the summary of your orders where you can also repeat an order.

The courier will make a second delivery attempt. If the new attempt is also unsuccessful, your package will be put into storage. In this case, check that you have not already received communications from us or our warehouse and contact us at speditionweb@aedgruppo.it

A package is considered undelivered when it has not been delivered after two attempts or if a problem arises such as an incorrect address or damage.
We are committed to monitoring shipments daily so in case of missing information you will be contacted by our customer service.
In cases where the courier has put a package in storage because it is damaged, our policy is not to go to delivery. We will then contact you and ask for the return of the goods to our warehouse. In agreement with you, we can decide whether to resend your order free of charge or refund it.

Shipping is free for orders equal to or greater than 45 euros, otherwise it costs 6 euros.

We are sorry but it is not possible to pay on delivery with cash on delivery.
