Matt Hydra Power is a powder dietary supplement containing Magnesium, Potassium, Group B Vitamins, Vitamin C and mineral salts, designed for the preparation of a hypotonic electrolyte solution useful for hydro saline replenishment after profuse sweating due to intense physical activity. Riboflavin, Vitamin B12 and Vitamin C contribute to reducing tiredness and fatigue and, alongside Thiamine, to normal energy metabolism.

Instructions for use
It is recommended to take 20g (equivalent to two level tablespoons) in a water bottle with 500 ml water, up to three times a day. It is preferable to take 50 to 100 ml at regular intervals of around 15 to 20 minutes.
