Taurine in the formula

The dose contains 500 mg of Taurine and is completed with five B Vitamins.

One citrus-flavoured tablet dissolves in 200 ml of water. The formula is sugar-free and gluten-free.

Taurine and Caffeine with B Vitamins

When studying, working or very intense days require attention, it is important to know exactly how much Caffeine you are taking. Matt Energia provides 100 mg of Caffeine and 500 mg of Taurine per tablet.

The formula is completed with Vitamins B2, B3, B5, B6 and B12 and comes in citrus-flavoured effervescent tablets.

Caffeine promotes attention and concentration. B Vitamins contribute to normal energy metabolism and to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue.

How to take it

Dissolve one tablet per day in approximately 200 ml of water. The product contains 100 mg of Caffeine per dose: read the warnings carefully and also consider other sources of caffeine consumed during the day.

Directions for use

It is recommended to take 1 tablet per day, to be dissolved in a glass of water, 200 ml.
