Instructions for use

Recommended dose 1 tablet in the evening, before bedtime.

Bulking agents: microcrystalline cellulose, cellulose gel, dicalcium phosphate; valeriana dry extract titrated (Valeriana officinalis L., roots); anti-caking agents: hydroxypropyl methylcellulose, reticulated sodium carboxy methylcellulose, reticulated cellulose gum, silicon dioxide, mono- and diglycerides of fatty acids, magnesium salts of fatty acids; melatonin; colouring agent: iron oxides and ferrous hydroxides.
GLUTEN-FREE

Do not exceed recommended daily dosage. Keep out of reach of children under 3 years old. Supplements are not intended as substitutes for a varied, balanced diet and healthy lifestyle.
For maximum benefits: to fall asleep, take 1 mg of Melatonin before going to bed. To alleviate the effects of jet lag, take a minimum of 0.5 mg of Melatonin, at bedtime, the day before traveling and for several days after arrival at destination.
