For those who do not like tablets or gummies, the spray format offers a quick gesture to include in the evening routine. Matt Sleepy Spray contains Melatonin, Passionflower, Lemon Balm and Vitamin B6 in a 30 ml bottle.

Two sprays provide 1 mg of Melatonin, 66.66 mg of Passionflower, 26.66 mg of Lemon Balm and 1.2 mg of Vitamin B6.

To fall asleep and promote relaxation

Melatonin contributes to reducing the time required to fall asleep; the effect is obtained with 1 mg shortly before bedtime. Passionflower and Lemon Balm promote relaxation and sleep. Vitamin B6 contributes to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue.

How to use the spray

Shake the bottle and spray 2 times under the tongue, shortly before bedtime. Any sediment is linked to the plant-based ingredients and does not affect the quality of the product.
