Sleepy is a food supplement based on Melatonin and plant extracts. Melatonin is a well-known substance naturally present in the body, which contributes to reducing the time required to fall asleep. Valerian is a plant known for its relaxing properties which, acting in synergy with Chamomile and Lavender, promotes sleep. Vitamin B6 contributes to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue.
