Spelt is one of the oldest cereals consumed by humans and gives the drink a distinctive, smooth and pleasant flavour. The recipe uses Italian organic spelt, organic sunflower oil and sea salt.

Naturally lactose-free, Matt Organic Spelt is also suitable for a vegan diet and is ideal for the whole family. The drink also contains no added sugars – it contains naturally occurring sugars – and is low in salt and fat.

How to enjoy it

Store in a cool, dry place away from light. After opening, keep refrigerated and consume within 3/4 days.
