Matt Arnica Montana Oil contains an oil obtained from the maceration of Arnica Montana flowers. 
Known since the Middle Ages for facilitating the re-absorption of bruises and contusion, Arnica Montana, with its high content of flavonoids, is a valuable ally for relieving muscle pain.

Instructions for use 

Apply, even several times a day, to the affected areas and gently massage until completely absorbed.
