An incorrect diet, rich in fatty foods and a sedentary lifestyle, in addition to genetic factors, can cause alterations in lipid metabolism and raise cholesterol levels. Phytosterols help maintain normal blood cholesterol levels. The product also contains fermented red rice which provides 2.9 mg of Monacolin k per daily dose.
Each tablet contains 500 mg of phytosterols, 29 mg of red rice and 1.38 mg of monacolin.

Method of Use.
It is recommended to take 2 tablets daily immediately after the main meal with a glass of water.

Phytosterols; bulking agent: microcrystalline cellulose; anti-caking agents: magnesium salts of fatty acids, silicon dioxide; stabilizer: reticulated sodium carboxymethylcellulose; Red rice fermented by Monascus purpureus tit. to 4.75% in total Monacolins; coating agents: hydroxypropyl methylcellulose, fatty acids, microcrystalline cellulose. GLUTEN-FREE

Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Keep out of reach of children under 3 years of age. Supplements are not intended as a replacement for a varied, balanced diet or a healthy lifestyle. The product is not intended for people who do not need to control their blood cholesterol levels. Patients undergoing cholesterol-lowering treatment should consume the product only under medical supervision. The product is nutritionally inadequate for pregnant women, breastfeeding women and children under 5 years of age. The product should be taken as part of a varied and balanced diet, which includes regular consumption of fruit and vegetables so as to help maintain carotenoid levels. The maximum consumption of added plant sterols should not exceed 3 g per day. Do not consume a daily amount equal to or greater than 3 mg of Monacolins from Fermented Red Rice. The single dose (2 tablets) contains 2.76 mg of Monacolins. It should not be consumed by pregnant or lactating women, children under the age of 18 and adults over the age of 70. Consult a doctor with regard to taking this product if you any health issues. It should not be consumed if you are taking cholesterol-lowering medicines. It should not be consumed if you are already taking other products containing Red Yeast Rice. The beneficial effect on cholesterol is obtained with a daily intake of at least 0.8 g of Phytosterols. Store in a cool, dry place. The expiry date refers to the product properly stored in intact packaging.
