Instructions for use
Recommended dose 1 - 2 tablets at bedtime, with a glass of water.

Bulking agent: dicalcium phosphate; maltodextrin; valeriana dry extract titrated in valerenic acids (Valeriana officinalis L., roots); common hawthorn powder (Crataegus monogyna Jacq., flowers and leaves); common hawthorn dry extract titrated in flavonoids (Crataegus oxyacantha auct., flowers and leaves); cornstarch; anti-caking agent: magnesium salts of fatty acids. GLUTEN-FREE

Do not exceed recommended daily dosage. Keep out of the reach of children under 3 years old. Supplements are not intended as substitutes for a varied, balanced diet and healthy lifestyle.
