Instructions for use
Recommended dose 1 to 4 tablets daily with an adequate quantity of water (a large glass), preferably taken in the evening. Start by taking the minimum dose and, if needed, gradually increase to the maximum dosage. Drinking liquids helps the supplement to take effect.

Senna dry extract titrated (Cassia acutifolia Delile, leaves and fruits); bulking agents: dicalcium phosphate, microcrystalline cellulose, cellulose gel; coating agents: hydroxypropyl methylcellulose, polydextrose, calcium carbonate, talc, spirulina extract, medium-chain triglycerides; anti-caking agents: mono- and diglycerides of fatty acids, silicon dioxide, magnesium salts of fatty acids; colouring agent: riboflavin.
