Matt Red Yeast Rice and Fenugreek provides 2.99 mg of total monacolins, 100 mg of Fenugreek and 350 mg of Phytosterols per tablet.

Fenugreek and cholesterol and triglyceride metabolism

Fenugreek supports the metabolism of cholesterol and triglycerides. Red Yeast Rice and Phytosterols complete the formula with clearly declared quantities per dose.

One tablet after the main meal

It is recommended to take one tablet per day immediately after the main meal, with water. The product must not be taken in a number of specific conditions: read the warnings in full before purchasing and using.

Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Keep out of reach of children under 3 years of age. Supplements are not intended as a replacement for a varied, balanced diet or a healthy lifestyle. The product is not intended for people who do not need to control their blood cholesterol levels. Patients undergoing cholesterol-lowering treatment should consume the product only under medical supervision. The product is nutritionally inadequate for pregnant women, breastfeeding women and children under 5 years of age. The product should be taken as part of a varied and balanced diet, which includes regular consumption of fruit and vegetables so as to help maintain carotenoid levels. The maximum consumption of added plant sterols should not exceed 3 g per day. Do not consume a daily amount equal to or greater than 3 mg of Monacolins from Fermented Red Rice. The single dose (2 tablets) contains 2.76 mg of Monacolins. It should not be consumed by pregnant or lactating women, children under the age of 18 and adults over the age of 70. Consult a doctor with regard to taking this product if you any health issues. It should not be consumed if you are taking cholesterol-lowering medicines. It should not be consumed if you are already taking other products containing Red Yeast Rice. The beneficial effect on cholesterol is obtained with a daily intake of at least 0.8 g of Phytosterols. Store in a cool, dry place. The expiry date refers to the product properly stored in intact packaging.
