Sostegno is a food supplement with sweetener based on Creatine, Arginine, Beta Alanine, Minerals and Vitamins. It is designed to supplement the diet during periods when you feel more exhausted or when you are going through more intense moments, such as seasonal changes, periods of intense study, sports activity, stress or convalescence.

A formula with selected nutrients

Each sachet contains 3000 mg of Creatine and 2000 mg of Arginine. The formula is completed with Beta Alanine, Magnesium, Zinc, Iron and B Vitamins, as well as Vitamin C.

The presence of Vitamin C, Iron and Magnesium makes Sostegno a valuable ally when you want to counter tiredness and fatigue. Vitamin C, Iron and Zinc also help support the normal function of the immune system, while Vitamin C, Vitamins B1, B6 and B12, Magnesium and Iron support normal energy metabolism.

Directions for use

It is recommended to take one sachet per day, dissolving the contents in a glass of water, approximately 150 ml. It can be taken at any time of the day. The prepared drink has an orange flavour.

Due to the presence of creatine, the product is intended for adults only. Do not use during pregnancy. The product contains heat-sensitive vitamins: it is recommended to avoid exposure to heat sources or sudden changes in temperature, to store it away from light and at a temperature not exceeding 25°C. The minimum shelf life refers to the product correctly stored, in an intact package.
