Matt Glucomannan is a food supplement based on Glucomannan obtained from the root of Amorphophallus konjac, a water-soluble fibre that, when in contact with water, is able to significantly increase its volume. This property is recognised as a useful aid for weight loss in the context of a low-calorie diet

The effectiveness of Glucomannan is based on its unique hydrophilic properties. Once ingested, this polysaccharide absorbs an amount of water up to one hundred times its weight, forming a viscous and bulky gel inside the stomach. This non-assimilable mass occupies space and increases the feeling of fullness and satiety, which translates into a reduced food intake during the following meal and, consequently, a decrease in overall calorie intake.

The formula is 100% plant-based, gluten-free and suitable for a vegan diet.

Directions for use

It is recommended to take 3 tablets at least 30 minutes before the meal and 3 tablets immediately after the meal, with a glass of water.

Glucomannan (A. konjac); bulking agent: microcrystalline cellulose, cellulose gel; anti-caking agents: mono- and diglycerides of fatty acids, magnesium salts of fatty acids, silicon dioxide.
GLUTEN-FREE

Do not exceed recommended daily dosage. Keep out of the reach of children under 3 years old. Supplements are not intended as substitutes for a varied, balanced diet and healthy lifestyle. The product must be used together with an adequate low-calorie diet and a healthy lifestyle with adequate physical exercise. If the diet continues for prolonged periods, superior to three weeks, a doctor’s opinion is advised. Possible danger of suffocation for people with difficulty swallowing or if ingested without consuming adequate liquids. To reach the stomach, product must be taken with abundant water. The beneficial effect is obtained by daily intake of 3 g of Glucomannan in 3 doses of 1 g each, with 1-2 glasses of water, before meals while following a low-calorie diet.
Store in a cool, dry place. Expiration date refers to the product stored under correct conditions, in its original package.
