Lipolid X-Plus can be included in a programme that involves a controlled diet, a healthy lifestyle and a good level of physical activity. The recommended daily dose provides 3 g of Glucomannan, divided into 3 doses before the main meals.

Correct intake is important: the product must be taken with plenty of water, to help it reach the stomach.

Formula and dosage

Each capsule contains 500 mg of Glucomannan. The recommended daily dose is 6 capsules, equal to 3 g of Glucomannan per day. The formula also contains dry Coleus extract, equal to 150 mg per daily dose.

Directions for use

It is recommended to take 2 capsules before breakfast, 2 capsules before lunch and 2 capsules before dinner, with 1-2 glasses of water.

It is advisable to consult a doctor in case of a long-term diet that lasts more than three weeks. There is a possible danger of suffocation for people with difficulty in swallowing or in case of ingestion without adequate fluid intake. In order for the product to reach the stomach, it must be taken with plenty of water. The beneficial effect is obtained with a daily intake of 3 g of Glucomannan in 3 doses of 1 g each, with 1-2 glasses of water, before meals and in the context of a low-calorie diet.
Store in a cool dry place. The expiry date refers to the product properly stored in intact packaging.
