Melatonin Retard 1 mg with gradual release
Irregular rhythms, travel or particularly intense periods can make the transition from the day to sleep feel less natural. In these cases, a regular evening routine can be supported by a targeted intake of Melatonin.
Matt Melatonin Retard contains 1 mg of Melatonin per tablet. Melatonin contributes to reducing the time required to fall asleep.
What retard formulation means
The tablet is formulated to allow a gradual release of Melatonin during the hours following intake. A single evening dose therefore provides the amount indicated by the product with a prolonged release format.
How to take it
It is recommended to take one tablet in the evening before bedtime, with a glass of water. The effect on the time needed to fall asleep is obtained by taking 1 mg of Melatonin shortly before bedtime.
Directions for use
It is recommended to take 1 tablet in the evening before bedtime, with a glass of water.
