Effervescent Potassium and Magnesium

Physical activity, sweating, heat or reduced dietary intake can increase the need for minerals. Matt RICARICA Potassium & Magnesium is an effervescent formula with precise amounts per tablet.

Each dose provides 300 mg of Potassium, equal to 15% of the NRV, and 200 mg of Magnesium, equal to 53% of the NRV.

Muscle function and tiredness

Potassium and Magnesium contribute to normal muscle function. Magnesium also contributes to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue.

One tablet per day

Dissolve one tablet in a glass of water of approximately 200 ml. The formula is sugar-free and gluten-free; the pack contains 20 effervescent tablets.

An alternative to capsules and tablets to swallow

The effervescent format is prepared in approximately 200 ml of water and offers a practical solution for those who prefer to drink their dose. Potassium and Magnesium are indicated with quantities and reference percentages per tablet.
