TERMS OF SALE

The Conditions of Sale reported here regulate the offer and sale of products on the website www.mattshop.it.

Mattshop.it is an e-commerce platform owned by A&D spa – Food and dietetic group Strada 2 Palazzo C1 – 20090 Assago – Milanofiori (MI) – VAT and Tax Code 11943520152.

Purchases made on Mattshop.it are regulated, for anything not expressly provided for in the following purchase conditions, by Legislative Decree no. 206 of 6 September 2005 relating to the protection of consumers in matters of distance contracts.

The supplier of the products on the site is A&D spa – Food and dietetic group Strada 2 Palazzo C1 – 20090 Assago – Milanofiori (MI) – VAT number and tax code 11943520152.

The characteristics of the products are indicated in the online catalogue and are visible at the time of choosing and completing the order before the conclusion of the forwarding procedure. All images are inserted for illustrative purposes. The products may undergo changes following updates. The prices (including VAT and any other tax and duty) are indicated next to each product in the online catalogue.

For orders over €35, shipping is free. For orders under this amount, A&D SpA charges a contribution for the shipping service throughout the country of €6 (including VAT and all other taxes and duties). The minimum order is €15, excluding shipping costs.

The price that will be paid is the one shown next to the product at the time of the order conclusion in addition to the shipping costs contribution. A&D SpA reserves the right to change the prices of the products and the shipping costs contribution without notice. Any new amounts will be effective from the moment they are published on the Mattshop.it website and will be applied to sales made from that moment.

Discounts/promotions are granted to the customer at the discretion of A&D and are revocable at the discretion of A&D SpA.

A&D SpA will send, after the conclusion of the order, an order confirmation email to the address indicated by the user. The consumer is invited to keep and/or print it.
If the consumer does not receive it, he/she is invited to contact A&D SpA.

In the event of any impossibility, even temporary, to process the order partially or totally, A&D SpA will make arrangements with the consumer, without prejudice to the possibility for the consumer to withdraw from the purchase contract, even partially, requesting the refund of the corresponding amount possibly already paid.

The refund methods are as follows:

– in the case of payment by credit card, it will be possible to credit the refund back to the card used
– in the case of payment by bank transfer, the customer must communicate the bank details (IBAN and Name and Surname of the account holder)
– in the case of payment via PayPal, the refund amount will be credited to the PayPal account

In the event that the refund is requested following damage, it will be necessary to send photos of the goods and the damaged package to speditionweb@aedgruppo.it

If the user's data is incomplete or in any case inaccurate (making it impossible to deliver the package), the logistics operator of A&D SpA will contact the user before processing the order.

PAYMENTS

A&D SpA offers various payment methods to choose from when completing the order:

PayPal: Once you have chosen PayPal, you will be redirected to the page where you will have to enter your PayPal account login details.

Credit Card : You can complete the payment by Mastercard, Visa, Postepay and American Express credit card and all major credit and prepaid cards. Depending on the verification conditions of your bank, at the time of payment you may be redirected to the bank page to complete the authentication.

Bank transfer: By selecting “Bank Transfer” as the payment method in the order confirmation, you will be able to find instructions on how to complete the payment.

It will be necessary to include your Name, Surname and the order number for which you are making the payment in the reason for the transfer.

SHIPPING

Below we report the average delivery times for the respective geographical area

North: 3 working days

Center: 4 working days

South and Islands: 5 working days

In case of extraordinary events/during special promotions/particular anniversaries during the year, delivery may be delayed.

In the event that the courier is unable to make the delivery due to the absence of the recipient, after two attempts it will be his discretion to leave a notice of attempted delivery with the contact details to contact to arrange the delivery.
A&D SpA will do everything possible to have the products delivered to the consumer within the indicated timeframes.

In the event of repeated impossibility of delivery caused by the recipient, the latter will lose the right to reimbursement.
The consumer is invited to contact A&D SpA in case of delay in delivery and in any case to report any malfunction detected.

RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

The customer has the right to withdraw from the contract, even partially, without explanation and without additional costs, within 14 working days from the day of receipt of the products.
It is possible to return the products received by exercising the right of withdrawal as established by Legislative Decree 206/2005 provided that the withdrawal is communicated within 14 days.
Before the above deadline, the customer must communicate to A&D SpA his decision to exercise the right of withdrawal from the contract.
You must also specify the product or products for which you wish to exercise the right of withdrawal and the order number.

This communication can be forwarded in the following ways:

  1. using the withdrawal form
  2. by email by writing to the address speditionweb@aedgruppo.it

The customer can then book the collection of the goods without additional costs or, alternatively, arrange a new shipment. In both cases, it will be necessary to print the labels for the collection of the package by the courier.

The right of withdrawal is not permitted in the case of:
a) purchase of sealed packaged products, opened by the Customer
b) goods which by their nature cannot be returned or are liable to deteriorate or expire rapidly (e.g. fresh and perishable food products)

EFFECTS OF WITHDRAWAL

If the withdrawal has been exercised in accordance with the methods described, A&D SpA will refund the sum paid for the purchase including any shipping costs (with the exception of additional costs resulting from the customer's choice of a type of delivery other than standard delivery).

The refund may be suspended until the goods are received or until the customer has demonstrated that he has sent the goods back.

A&D undertakes to refund the amount due as soon as possible and in any case within 30 days from the date on which it became aware of the exercise of the right of withdrawal by the customer, unless otherwise agreed with the customer.

REIMBURSEMENT
