  4. Transfer the mixture to the refrigerator, covering it with cling film, and leave to rest for about an hour.

  5. After resting, form 20 balls of 25 g each and roll them in the cocoa powder until they are evenly covered.

  6. Arrange the truffles on a tray and let them rest at room temperature for at least 2 hours before serving.
