Ingredients for about 300g of cream:

15 g grated coconut

20 g of powdered milk

10 g vanilla icing sugar

80 g of Organic Coconut Vegetable Drink Matt

80 g of condensed milk

120 g of white chocolate

35 g sunflower seed oil
Procedure:

In a non-stick pan, toast the grated coconut for a minute, being careful not to burn it. It should brown slightly.

In a blender , finely grind the toasted coconut , icing sugar and milk powder until you get a fine powder.

In a bain-marie, melt the white chocolate in a suitable bowl.

In a saucepan, slightly heat the Matt Organic Coconut Vegetable Drink , add the condensed milk and turn off the heat.

Add the previously obtained coconut powder to the vegetable drink mixture and mix well.

Add the melted white chocolate and sunflower seed oil to the mixture, mixing with a whisk until you obtain a smooth, lump-free cream.

Store the resulting cream in the refrigerator for up to a week.
When prepared, Coconut Cream will have a liquid consistency. However, with cooling and storage in the refrigerator, the cream compacts and takes on a consistency similar to that of the famous spreadable cream .
