Ingredients for 4 servings:

300 ml of Organic Coconut Vegetable Drink Matt

200 ml of fresh cream

100 g of sugar

1 tablespoon rum

1 vanilla pod

7 g of gelatine

Bitter cocoa powder for decoration

Fresh coconut flakes for garnish

Edible flowers to decorate as desired
Procedure:

Preparation of the gelatine :
Soak the gelatine in cold water for about 10 minutes. -
Preparation of the compound :
Pour the Matt Organic Coconut Vegetable Drink , the fresh cream , the sugar , the rum and the vanilla pod cut lengthwise into a saucepan.
Stir occasionally to prevent the mixture from sticking to the bottom and bring to the boil.
After about 10 minutes, remove the vanilla pod . -
Adding the gelatine :
Squeeze the gelatine and add it to the hot mixture, mixing well until it dissolves completely. -
Pour into the molds :
Pour the mixture into the pudding molds and let them cool in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours.
Plating:
